Preserve eggs

Eggs need to be kept for a period of time before they are incubated. The problems that should be noted when storing eggs are described below: 1. The temperature should be appropriate. It is not good to keep the egg temperature too high or too low. The most suitable temperature is 10°C to 15°C. Second, the humidity should be appropriate. There are many pores on the egg shell. During storage, the moisture in the egg is continuously evaporated through the pores, and the egg storage room must maintain a certain humidity. The optimum relative humidity for egg storage is 70% to 80%. Third, turn the egg regularly. During the preservation of the eggs, the blunt end of the eggs should be placed downward. In this way, the egg yolk can be located in the center of the egg. When the storage time is slightly longer (6 to 7 days or more), turn the eggs once a day to prevent the embryos from sticking and ensure a normal hatching rate. Fourth, the environment is clean and the air is fresh. The egg storage room and egg trays, egg racks, etc. that are in contact with the eggs must be clean and the egg trays should have gaps. Do not put the eggs in airtight boxes. The air in the egg storage room must be kept fresh.
