After the new machine pays attention to maintenance

Some users only buy new machines for seasonal use. After they use them, they are allowed to use it for rain and sun. When they are used again, they often find that the machine cannot be turned, and that the cylinders, piston rings, valves, seat rings, and conduits in the engine are All were rusted and the loss was very large. In order to avoid this from happening, the following special maintenance must be performed on the machine that is used for a longer period of time after being used. Clean the exterior of the machine, including farm implements. 2. Put the machine in a dry and ventilated place. 3. Drain all the cooling water in the water pipes and tanks. 4. Start the machine for about 20 seconds to evaporate the residual moisture in the body. 5. Shake the crankshaft, set the machine at the beginning of the compression stroke (at this time, the intake and exhaust valves are closed, the high pressure pump's roller is not pressed by the camshaft's cam), keep this position and move the inlet and exhaust nozzles. Wrap up to prevent falling insects and other impurities. 6. Apply a layer of fresh engine oil to agricultural machinery and parts where the machine surface is liable to rust. 7. Every two months or so, untie the packing of the intake and exhaust nozzles, start the machine for more than ten seconds (without adding cooling water), reinstall the machine in the original parking position, and re-wrap the inlet and exhaust pipes. Maintenance like this can be done when the machine is in operation, and the phenomenon of rusting does not happen at all. The thresher, pump, crusher and other machines should be cleaned of their appearance, and apply rust-proof oil on the rust-proof parts. Then cover the inlet and outlet ports to prevent hard objects from falling into it. For the pump, the water in the pump housing should also be drained.
