Professor Zhang Zhiwei believes that the traditional occluder is mostly made of nickel-titanium alloy material. Because of its shortcomings such as corrosion, the incidence of complications after VSD intervention has been high, and it has become a congenital heart disease in the medical community. In recent years, with the in-depth study and continuous improvement of this key device in China, this bioceramic membrane occluder using high-energy ion-precipitation coating technology has been developed, which is effective in improving the repairing ability of defective tissue and reducing it. Due to the long-term precipitation of nickel ions, it has toxic side effects on human tissues, and at the same time reduces platelet adhesion and hemolysis rate, thereby effectively reducing the risk of postoperative thrombosis.

It is understood that the bioceramic membrane occluder is coated with a ceramic membrane (titanium nitride TiN) on the surface of the original Nitinol occluder, which will greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the occluder and the biological tissue. Compatibility. In particular, it uses high-energy ion deposition technology to inject the required elements into the surface of the device using high-energy technology, so it is fundamentally different from the existing stent coating technology.

On-site live broadcast was also performed by a perimembranous ventricular septal defect interventional operation operated by the director of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the People's Hospital of Guangdong Province, together with the first surgery on the second day of the conference. Both operations were successfully completed within 1 hour, and no adverse reactions were observed after surgery. Examination showed that the original heart murmur disappeared completely in both patients after operation. Cardioangiography and echocardiography showed no ventricular diversion, and the ventricular septal occlusion was good. The operation left a deep impression on foreign doctors, and the participants agreed that the two operations were perfect.

For the first time, this SOLACI meeting arranged for Chinese experts to conduct live broadcasts of the surgery on the site of the conference. It was also the first time to recommend our experts to make the keynote speeches of the conference. The SOLACI Organizing Committee highly praised the live broadcast of the operation and Professor Zhang Zhiwei's report.
