Under the action of pressure, the water vapor liquefies and releases heat, and then the generated heat is returned to the drum, so that heat can be recycled. Dryers with this technology can double the efficiency of conventional dryers and can reduce drying time to half that of conventional dryers.
The bio-organic fertilizer dryer is fed at a bottom temperature of 400°C--800°C, and the material is lifted into the pre-tropical zone of the bio-organic fertilizer dryer under the instruction of the intelligent level meter, and sent by the electric interceptor. The combined heat exchanger with overlapping arrays, the material is continuously and uniformly slipped, and gradually enters the drying belt and the drying belt. The heat in the bio-organic fertilizer dryer is transferred to the material through various heat exchange methods such as conduction, convection, and radiation. The temperature required to dry the material is temperature-controlled by a temperature controller through a hot blast stove. The dried material is indicated to the electromagnetic vibrating conveyor by the humidity controller with the moisture content less than 2-3% of the dry material, and then the material is transported by the conveying system or the vehicle.
