First, make preparations before stocking

1, seed cultivation pond: cement pool, rectangular. The small pool area is 20 square meters, and the pool depth is 1 meter; the large pool area is 1 acre and the pool depth is 15 meters.

2, water quality training:

(1) Koike: The flesh fish fry grow into 2 cm in size. Before fry stocking, clean the walls and bottom of the cement pool, inject about 30cm of water, and use formalin to disinfect the pool water to a concentration of 10ppm. After 3 days of toxicity disappeared, the rotifer species were introduced into the pool and the soybean milk was spilled once a day for 3 consecutive days. At this time, the rotifers proliferated in large numbers and the fish fry could be released.

(2) Dachi: Developed a fish species with a total length of 2cm and 10cm in size. Before laying the seedlings, the pool is injected with about 50cm of water, and the quicklime is used to disinfect the pond with a concentration of 20ppm. At the same time, 500kg of manure is used to cultivate the food organisms. After 7-8 days, the toxicity disappears, and the food organisms are also allowed to reproduce.

Second, fry stocking and cultivation

1. Stocking: From 4-5 pm, choose to swim actively, have strong anti-water ability, and put disease-free fry into the pool. When stocking, pay attention to the difference between the temperature of the seedling container and the water temperature of the pool water. If the temperature difference between the two exceeds 2°C, place the seedling container on the pool water surface and slowly add the water to the container so that the fry slowly adapts to the pool water temperature. When the container water temperature When the temperature of the pool water is basically the same, the fish fry is slowly poured into the pool to prevent the fish from being killed due to sudden changes in water temperature.

2. Breeding: According to the growth characteristics of the leather beard, two stages are to be cultivated.

The first stage of cultivation: Loosely arrange 8 cleansed and sterilized water hyacinths in the small pond, and surround the water hyacinth with fine bamboo and other buoyant materials to provide for fishery inhabitation, food farms, and fresh pool water quality. A total of 3,000 fish fry were stocked per m2. In addition to the rotifers in the feeding pool, fry should be fed once a day, mixed bait 4 times in the morning and 2 times in the afternoon. Mixed bait consumption: 6 eggs cooked per day and 200 g of fishmeal were fed on the average in the first 3 days; on average, 6 cooked egg yolks, 500 g of fishmeal, and 300 g of wheat flour were fed on the fourth to seventh day. The feeding method uses mixed materials to dilute and splash water, splashing more water along the edge of the pool and water hyacinth, and other waters splash less. During the cultivation, micro-flow should be maintained, and the inlet and outlet should be screened with screens to prevent the fish from escaping and enemy creatures from entering. Increase the water level by the appropriate amount every day. On the seventh day, the depth of the pool should reach about 1m. The fry is cultivated until the seventh day in the afternoon, repeatedly pulling the net several times in the small pool. At this time, the average size of the fish out of the pond can reach 2cm. After screening, a few individuals of a large number are kept in the original pool to continue cultivation. Other fry are transferred to the large pool. The second phase of the cultivation.

The second stage of cultivation: According to the living habits of the leather beard owl, a number of grass piles are set up around the edge of the large pool and stoned to sink into the water for seedlings, food, and fattening water. Two hundred million fish fry with 2cm stocking size per acre are stocked. 50% of fish meal mixed with bait, 40% of wheat flour, and 10% of flour were fed. Feeding 3 times a day in the early, middle and late evenings every day, the daily feeding amount is controlled at about 12% of the fish's body weight. Each time when feeding, first add a small amount of water to the mixture, stir it by hand to make the powdery food into fine particles, and then put the food into the pool, focusing on the edge of the pool and on the haystack. During the cultivation period, water is injected once every 3 days. Each time the water level is increased by about 10cm, the depth of the pool water is about 1.2m at the time of catching. Once every 6 days, the whole pool pulls the net once and selects individual special large seedlings. In order to maintain a rich natural food in the pool water, the manure may be applied once to compost the manure, and the amount of fertilizer is 100-150 kg/mu. After 25 days of intensive cultivation in the above two phases, the leather beard fish seedlings can grow to an average length of 10cm in size, and the survival rate reaches 80%-90%.

Third, the prevention and treatment of common diseases

(a) Bubble disease: This disease mostly occurs in juveniles with a total length of 15 cm or less. Under strong sunlight, aquatic phytoplankton carries out vigorous photosynthesis and releases a large amount of oxygen. Microscopic bubbles appear in the pool. The fish fry bubbles and air bubbles attach to the surface of the fish and the fins, causing the fish to lose its balance. If you do not deal with it in time, it will cause the death of a large number of fry. The prevention method is usually to pay attention to adjusting the water quality of the cultivation pond. In the summer and autumn when the sky is hot, the top of the pond should be covered with fish fry, and the super- saturation oxygen can be prevented by the excessive photosynthesis of the phytoplankton.

The treatment is: 1 to the pool of fresh water, low oxygen, a few hours later fry abdomen, the body disappeared bubbles, fry returned to normal; 2 per m3 body with 15g orange peel Jianchi Quanchiposa, has a therapeutic effect on the bubble disease .

(B) Squash Pest: The disease is very harmful to the seedlings. Infested with the small melon worm, the body surface and the head appear small white spots. In severe cases, the body covered with a white film, and secrete a lot of mucus, and soon died.

Control measures:

1. Regularly pouring 0.1ppm of mercurous nitrate into pool water every 7 days can prevent the disease;

2. When the seedlings are onset, 0.2ppm mercuric nitrate should be sprayed on the whole pool to control and treat the small melon worm.

(3) Black body disease: When the disease occurs, the fish of the diseased fish are thin, and their body color turns black and floats vertically on the surface. White villous plaques are sometimes seen in the snout and the head, and a round red blood spot is on the inner side of the pectoral fins.

Control measures:

1. Replace new water and keep the pool fresh;

2, with 1ppm bleach Quanchiposa, after a few hours and then change the pool water, and then apply once;
