Cultivating healthy seedlings and feeding high-quality bait to reduce disease occurrence In the past few years, due to turbot breeding techniques, most of the turbot reared seedlings depended on imports, were expensive, and had a low survival rate. Since last year, the Technology Center has invested heavily in selecting quarantine-free parents from abroad to carry out turbot rearing and raising more than one million larvae, which has caused the price of turbot to fall from its peak. At present, the price of the fry has dropped from 30 yuan per tail last year to 5 yuan to 8 yuan per tail. On the one hand, it reduced the price of seedlings, completely changed the history of the import of turbot fish seedlings, met the needs of breeding bases, and more importantly, it did not abuse antibiotics during the seedling raising process, and it was robust and strong in disease resistance and growth. Accelerate the speed and reduce the incidence rate. The survival rate of most of the greenhouses is as high as 90%.
Feeding nutritious food is also a key measure taken by the Technical Center to produce pollution-free turbot. The first is the use of very strict raw material selection, and never use miscellaneous fish that have been deteriorating. Buy powder feed and look for feed produced by large-scale, reputable companies. Second, according to different growth stages, determine the appropriate feed ratio, and attach importance to processing technology. Pay attention to the processing of raw materials for feedstuff processing equipment and the sanitary inspection and management of the site, strengthen the disinfection of raw materials for bait, especially fresh fish, and strive to improve the hygiene standards for the entire process of feed processing. Second, gradually promote the use of dedicated dry pellet feed. Compared with wet bait, turbot special dry-matched food has more comprehensive nutrition, which has played a catalytic role in reducing water pollution and reducing disease occurrence.
The scientific administration of drugs used to carefully manage the first three levels of turbot culture. Since many farmers are laying down their heads and entering the greenhouses, the technical level is uneven. Some fish farmers abuse drugs in order to prevent fish diseases, causing more fish to die. With more medication, the more drugs you use, the more vicious the death of the fish. The technology center discovered the problem in a timely manner. Under the strong support of the fishery authorities, it successively held several training courses, invested more than RMB 1 million, established a state-of-the-art disease monitoring center, and made research on marine aquaculture in Shandong Province. The first is to turn off the use of good drugs. According to the regulations for the use of pesticide-free fishery products, the use of drugs should be eliminated, all cadres should be forbidden, and the use of chloramphenicol, furazolidone, nitrofurazone, human antibiotics and other banned drugs and “three nos” medicines should be strictly prohibited, and the use of Garlic and Ginger should be promoted. Efficient, low-toxic, low-residue green medicines such as chlorine dioxide are used as substitutes for antibiotics and other harmful drugs.
The second is to shut down the amount of good medicine. All aquaculture sheds have established and improved the aquaculture production log system. According to the experts' prescriptions, they have not been correctly diagnosed without drugs. Due to the clear guidance of medications, traditional antibiotics and baths for preventing and treating fish diseases have been abandoned due to high costs and poor results. Better results can be achieved with fewer doses in foods.
The third is to make a good drug off. According to the relevant standards for the production of pollution-free aquatic products by the Ministry of Agriculture, the withdrawal period of most drugs is within 20 days, but the technical center has extended the withdrawal period to more than 30 days in order to ensure that consumers can eat the assured turbot. At the same time, strictly speaking, three days before the listing, the fish were transferred to a special pool for raising and stopped feeding any feed.
In addition, in the initial stage of the official listing, they also actively coordinated with the quality inspection department, using strict criteria for the monitoring of turbot with non-polluted aquatic products. The monitoring of turbot not only has good odor, but no obvious defects in appearance, the inherent color No significant changes have been made, and indicators such as drug residues have fully complied with the criteria for pollution-free aquatic products.
