Yellow enoki mushroom cultivation cultivation technology

Flammulina species mainly cultivated in China is divided into two groups: yellow mushroom and white mushroom. Among them, white mushroom has been widely cultivated in the factory, but the yellow mushroom is also mainly cultivated in agriculture. The annual cultivation technology of the facility has not yet been completely solved, and only high use can be made. Equipment conditions cultivation, can also use fruits and vegetables, meat and other frozen library for annual cultivation.

Four species of enoki mushroom were screened for suitable facilities, including Chuanjin mushroom No.3, Chuanjin No.4, Chuanjin No.6, and F2153. The first tidal volume accounted for more than 70% of the total output; the experiment integrated the facilities of the yellow velvet mushroom facilities. Cultivation techniques, including medium formulation, bag cultivation, induced fruiting and fruit body growth environment control, etc.; utilization of waste bag, use of waste mushroom bag after production of mushroom as a detoxification fuel for the mushroom mushroom medium to reduce the production cost .

The results have been applied in Sichuan Province and Chongqing Municipality, and the annual cultivation of yellow golden mushroom facilities has been carried out using artificially constructed frozen storage and fruit and vegetable and meat frozen storages. The annual production volume has reached more than 20 million bags, the production value has exceeded 100 million yuan, and the profit has exceeded 48 million yuan. The mushroom products of high-altitude anti-season cultivation of mushroom products cost more than 40%.
