Machine seal leak

Machine seal leakage is one of the common leaks in Zui, and most machine seal leaks are caused by the following reasons:

2) The pump conveying medium contains hard solid particles. 3) The pump has not been operated for a long time, and the necessary starting preparations have not been carried out before starting, such as manual running test, etc., because the pump does not run for a long time, which may cause microbes and oxidation between the moving ring and the stationary ring of the machine seal. If there is a mutual bond, if the pump is started without any treatment, the machine seal structure may be damaged when the motor runs at high speed, resulting in water leakage.
4) Normal wear and tear, mechanical seal is one of the wearing parts, as long as the pump is always worn when running the mechanical seal, so it has a service life, but it can no longer be completely attached to the moving ring and the static ring. When it is closed, a leak will occur.
5) The machine is sealed and dry, and the operation of the pump without liquid will cause the machine seal to generate high temperature. Under normal circumstances, there will be no problem if the water in the pump is continuously lubricated and cooled, but if there is no water pump In the case of liquids, the operating seal will not rise until the cooling temperature will rise until it burns.
6) Improper installation causes the mechanical seal to fail.
Although there are so many reasons that can cause the machine seal to leak, the solution is very simple, just replace the damaged machine seal with a brand new one.
O-ring leaking
O-ring leakage probability is generally not large, usually in the maintenance and disassembly process of the pump is not careful enough to replace the aging O-ring, or foreign objects in the installation process interfere with the O-ring sealing environment, it may be The O-ring is broken too tightly.
In this case, you only need to replace a brand new O-ring to adjust the tightness of the bolt.
Water leakage in the pump body or cover
The pump is a casting part before it is processed into a finished product. Some defective castings will be eliminated during the processing of the material, but there will be a certain probability that there will be some trachoma, not the inspection is not rigorous, but these trachoma cannot be It is observed with the naked eye and will not be exposed when running the test. It can only be manifested in a high-pressure environment. If there is a small trachoma to seep out, it can be repaired with industrial repair agents. If the leak is large rather than leaking, you need to return to the factory to replace the pump body.
Pump body leaking and leaking
The cracking of the pump body is still prominent in winter. During the Chinese New Year holiday, it can receive feedback on such problems every day. The winter weather is cold. If the temperature is below zero, most of the liquid material will freeze. After freezing, it will freeze.
