1.4 temperature display value correction
Since the product has been rigorously tested before leaving the factory, it is generally not necessary to make corrections. If the environment is not good when the product is used, if the outside temperature is too low or too high, it will cause the temperature display value to be in error with the actual temperature inside the box. If it exceeds the technical specifications, it can be corrected. Specific steps: press the function key “SET” for 5 seconds, the instrument enters the parameter setting cycle state “ALl”, continue to press the function key “SET”, make “display” SC” correction, then press the shift key “” When the key "△" or the minus key "▽" is operated, the temperature correction can be performed. After pressing the "SET" button, the temperature display value correction is completed.
1.5 After the setting is completed, each data is saved for a long time. At this time, the incubator enters a warming state, and the heating indicator lights up. When the temperature inside the box is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator lights up and down, and the control is entered into a constant temperature state.
1.6 Open the inner and outer doors, put the items to be cultivated into the incubator, and close the inner and outer doors. If the inner and outer doors open for too long, the temperature inside the box fluctuates somewhat. This is normal.
1.7 Select the culture time according to your needs. After the culture is finished, turn the power switch to “0”. If you do not remove the item immediately, please do not open the door.
1.8 If you have high requirements for temperature control accuracy and fluctuation, you can use PID self-tuning control. When the temperature in the incubator will reach the set temperature*, press the function key “SET” for 5 seconds. Set the loop status "ALl", continue to press the SET" key to display "ATU", SV displays "0 0 0 0", then press the plus key "△" to make the SV display "00 01", press the function key "SET after Zui" ” Confirm, at this time, the auto-tuning indicator lights up, and the temperature controller enters the PID self-tuning control.
2, maintenance and maintenance
2.1 The incubator housing must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use;
2.2 The incubator should be placed in a room with good ventilation, and no flammable or explosive materials should be placed around it;
2.3 Do not over-extrude the contents of the box, and leave room for it;
2.4 The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean every day, and should be cleaned after each use. Long-term use should not cover the plastic dust cover and put it in the drying room;
