Controlling temperature and humidity: Young chicks are kept in greenhouses. It is advisable for goslings to remain at 28°C at room temperature from 1 to 7 days, and thereafter to drop 2-3°C per week. It is better to reduce the room temperature to 20-18°C in the 4th week.
The appropriate brooding temperature can be observed from the dynamics of the goslings. If the temperature is appropriate, the goslings will fall asleep shortly after eating.
