Green manure production method

Green manure, directly applied to soil, ponds or green plants piled up as fertilizer. Green manure is a complete source of bio-fertilizer. The green manure is not only an effective method to increase the source of fertilizer, but also has a great effect on improving the soil. However, to make full use of the increase in production of green manure, reasonable application must be made. Divided into the use of rice green manure, wheat green manure, cotton green manure, covered green manure, fertilizer combined green manure, fertilizer and green manure, fertilizer and grain combined with green manure.

The role of green manure is many: (1) Provide nutrients for crops, the nutrient content, as a percentage of dry matter weight, nitrogen (N) is 2% to 4%, phosphorus (P2O5) is 0.2% to 0.6%, potassium (K2O ) From 1% to 4%, legume green manure crops can also be transformed into nitrogen nutrients that can't be directly used by crops. (2) Organic carbon accounts for about 40% of dry matter weight and is applied to soil. It can increase soil organic matter, improve soil physical properties, improve soil water conservation, fertilizer retention, and fertilizer supply capacity; (3) It can reduce nutrient loss and protect the ecological environment; (4) It can improve the crop sip and reduce pests and diseases; (5) Provide high quality Forage, development of animal husbandry. Some green manure is an important raw material for industry, medicine and food. The following is a method of making green using vegetables, fruit litter, and animal waste.

First, raw materials: vegetables, fruit waste, animal excrement

Second, the preparation of fermentation ratio:

1.2 tons of vegetables, fruit waste, lime amount (about 0.5 to 1 kg); Gold Baby Fermentation 1 kg; poultry excreta 200 kg; Rice bran 5 kg.

2. Mix dry chicken manure or livestock manure with urea and thiamin in vegetables and fruit waste, and reduce the carbon-nitrogen ratio (C/N) to below 40;

3. Because of the high acidity of vegetables and fruit waste, it is necessary to add appropriate amount of lime to adjust the pH to 5 to 5.5.

4. Mix the materials thoroughly so that the moisture content is between 60% and 65%.

Third, the operation process:

1. Cut vegetables and fruit wastes to about 1 to 5 cm. Allow them to dry properly. The moisture content should be 60% to 65%, and then mix well with animal waste.

2. Mix the golden bacon starter in a ratio of 1:5 or more with rice bran, dilute it dry, add no water, and mix it evenly.

In the heap. Do it while turning, and sprinkle. This process is inoculation.

3. The total moisture should be adjusted to 60% -65% to be considered appropriate. Water or not to determine the method: hand grab a handful of material, see the watermark but not dripping, landing that is scattered suitable. Slow water fermentation, poor water ventilation, but also produce spoilage bacteria and produce odor.

Stacking specifications: long stack type 1.5 meters high, 2 meters wide, 3 meters in length or more. Stacking high and short is not conducive to fermentation

Pictured

Note: If the PH value of the material is within the range of 6-9, basically no adjustment is needed. If the pH value is outside this range, such as peracid (PH value in the 2-6 range), quicklime water should be used to preset the pH to the appropriate range.

4. Capping and tipping: Covering the air-permeable cover on a large pile, but not on the surface of the material, should be shaded, protected from rain, and ventilated. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the material on the second day should reach 50-60 degrees, and on the third day it can reach 75 degrees or more, and it can be turned over once at high temperature, and can be turned over once on the fourth day. After another 2 to 3 days, it is overturned again. After 10 days (the number of days from the start of fermentation for building a heap), observe the temperature. At this time, the temperature will decrease from 60 to 0 degrees (°C) to 40 to 50 degrees. 30 to 40 degrees. If the total fermentation time reaches 12 days, the temperature within the reactor gradually decreases and stabilizes at 30-40 degrees, which can be regarded as the basic completion of fermentation. At this time, the material is piled up and the moisture evaporates quickly to about 20% moisture. Can enter the next process.

If the fermentation time has been 12 days, but the temperature is still above 50 degrees, the fermentation time should be extended and the ventilation should be increased until the temperature is reduced to 30-40 degrees, which indicates that the fermentation is completed.

IV. Fermentation is completed

The judgment method for the completion of the fermentation is that the color of the materials that have been completed in the normal operation is gradually darkened and dark, with no offensive odor or a slight hint of wine or earthy taste. The temperature is basically stable, and occasionally white mycelium can be seen occasionally. At this point, the fermentation is basically completed and it should go to the next process.

Deep Processing

After the fermentation is completed, the fermentation product is laid at a thickness of about 10 tones and allowed to dry, so that the water content reaches 40±5%, using different “mesh” (according to the user’s requirements for the product, the number of “mesh” of the sieve is selected). The sieve is sieved for metering and packaging, and the finished product is stored in a dry and ventilated place.

V. Precautions

1. The long stack type pile height is 1.2-1.5, width 2 meters, length not less than 2.5 meters; conical pile height can not be less than 1.5 meters, heap low diameter can not be less than 3 meters. (Heap is too high and short for fermentation, prohibiting fermentation of small heaps)

2. Try not to cover the fermenter (such as a film) with a poorly air-permeable covering. It is best to cover it with a good breathable material or not. To ensure good air permeability.

3. The total moisture should be adjusted to 60% -65%.

Making green manure not only processes domestic waste, but also provides essential nutrients for plant growth. Details can be consulted: Beijing Huaxia Kangyuan Technology Co., Ltd. toll-free hotline: 010-62110749 63623048 Expert Advisory Website:
