How to maintain and maintain the centrifugal pump

Centrifugal pump maintenance and maintenance tips:

(1) Check the centrifugal pump piping and joints for looseness. Turn the centrifugal pump by hand to see if the centrifugal pump is flexible.

(2) Add bearing lubrication oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time.

(3) Unscrew the water inlet screw of the pump body of the centrifugal pump and infuse the water (or the slurry).

(4) Close the gate valve and outlet pressure gauge of the outlet pipe and the inlet vacuum gauge.

(5) Jog the motor and check if the motor is turning correctly.

(6) Start the motor. When the centrifugal pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump, and then display the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load.

(7) Try to control the flow rate and head of the centrifugal pump within the range indicated on the sign to ensure that the centrifugal pump operates at the high efficiency point of Zui, in order to obtain the energy saving effect of Zui.

(8) During the operation of the centrifugal pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the high temperature of zui should not exceed 80C.

(9) If the centrifugal pump is found to have abnormal sound, stop immediately and check the cause.

(10) When the centrifugal pump is to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, then stop the motor.

(11) The centrifugal pump will change the lubricating oil after 100 hours in working *month, and then change the oil once every 500 hours.

(12) Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure that the dripping in the packing chamber is normal (it is better to make a drip leak).

(13) Regularly check the wear of the bushing, and replace it when it is worn out.

(14) When the centrifugal pump is used in the cold winter season, after stopping, the water plug of the lower part of the pump body should be unscrewed to release the medium. Prevent freezing cracks.

(15) The centrifugal pump should be completely deactivated for a long time. It is necessary to disassemble the pump completely, wipe off the moisture, and apply the grease to the rotating part and the joint, and properly protect it.

Anti-Viral

The virus is composed of a nucleic acid molecule (DNA or RNA) with a protein consisting of non-cell morphology of the campal life of the living body. The general symptoms of viral infection are fever, headache, cough and other symptoms of systemic poisoning and viral host and invasion of tissues and organs leading to inflammatory symptoms caused by local symptoms (diarrhea, rash, liver function damage, etc.). Different symptoms of the different virus, some viruses can also damage the myocardium, causing viral myocarditis. There are two types of viral infections, mostly recessive infections (subclinical infections), and a few are dominant infections. Dominant infection can be divided into acute infection and persistent infection. There are many ways of antiviral infection, such as direct inhibition or killing of viruses, interference with virus adsorption, prevent viruses from penetrating cells, inhibit viral biosynthesis, inhibit viral release or enhance host antivirus capabilities. At present, there are several major types of antiviral drugs: Anti-Respiratory virus infection drugs, anti-immune virus drugs, anti-hepatitis virus drugs, anti-herpes virus drugs.
