(3) When the thickness of the ice cube reaches the set thickness, the ice plate probe starts to start, the solenoid valve starts to work, the water pump stops working, and the hot gas enters the evaporator, and the ice cube falls about 1.5 minutes. When the ice cubes fall, flip the ice tray and open the reed switch. When the reed switch is reclosed, the machine enters another ice making process.
(4) The compressor does not stop during the whole process of ice making and deicing.
(5) When the ice storage tank is full of ice and the reed switch cannot be automatically closed, the machine automatically stops working. When enough ice is removed and the reed switch is reclosed, the machine starts after 3 minutes delay and re-enters the system. Ice process. 2. The thickness of the ice bridge is adjusted. (1) The thickness of the ice bridge should be about 3mm. The interval between the probe and the evaporator should be about 1.5mm thicker than the actual thickness of the ice bridge.
