In the load-running phase, gradually increase the load while monitoring key parameters such as engine speed, oil and water temperatures, fuel consumption, smoke color, and any unusual odors. Check for clutch slippage, brake efficiency, and the vehicle’s coasting distance after disengaging the clutch. These checks help ensure the tractor is ready for regular use.
Throughout the entire running-in period, regularly inspect the lubricating oil. If you notice an excessive amount of metal particles in the oil, it could indicate internal wear. In such cases, thoroughly inspect the engine and consider cleaning or replacing the oil if necessary.
After completing the running-in process, perform thorough maintenance.
