2. Employers signing labor contracts must inform the occupational hazards

Workers who suffer or may be exposed to acute occupational diseases must organize medical treatment, health examinations and medical observations in a timely manner, and diagnose suspected patients with occupational diseases in a timely manner. Employers must sign labor contracts with laborers. At the same time, they must earnestly perform the duty of informing occupational diseases, participate in work-related injury insurance in accordance with the law, and implement special protection policies such as harmful job allowances and female employees and underage workers. 4. System guarantees Conduct at least one inspection every year for key units

Local governments must put the prevention and control of occupational diseases on an important agenda, include the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases into the overall planning of the national economy and social development in the region, and establish and improve a target management assessment and accountability system. Strengthen the supervision and inspection of key industries, key enterprises, and key populations, conduct supervision and inspection of key units at least once a year, and conduct supervision and inspection on other units with occupational hazards for one to two years. Each year, an occupational health inspection agency, an occupational disease diagnostic agency, and an occupational health technical service agency are supervised and inspected, and regular annual audits are organized.
