Infrared energy-saving stove head modification method

Installing and using our energy-saving stoves is simple and efficient. Unlike traditional stoves, our design allows for quick modifications to your existing stove without the need for a complete replacement. With just a few easy steps, you can upgrade your cooking setup in under ten minutes! Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Begin by removing the original cooking water tray and stove head. Take out the two nozzles from the air switch on the electronic control panel. You'll notice a small fire hole aligned with the switch, while the left or right side has a larger one.

Step 2: Use a wrench or pliers to gently tap the iron vent pipe beneath the stove. This helps loosen any coal dust or rust that may have built up over time. Once loosened, blow or flush out the debris to prevent clogging when installing the new nozzle. This step ensures smooth gas flow and better performance.

Step 3: When replacing with a single-tube energy-saving stove, insert the nozzle into the pre-drilled holes and secure it with screws. Be sure to apply a layer of raw material tape (available at plumbing stores) around the threads to prevent gas leaks. Tighten the connection securely. For dual-tube models, simply install the nozzles according to the size of each fire hole. Always make sure to distinguish between the large and small fire settings. Avoid applying too much force during installation to prevent damage to the screw threads.

Step 4: After installation, adjust the height of the stove based on the type of cookware you use. For best results, keep the distance between the bottom of the pan or pot and the stove head between 1.5 to 3 centimeters.

Step 5: Perform a leak test. Light a match and hold it near the connections while slowly opening the main valve of the liquefied gas cylinder. If there’s a smell or flame flicker, it could indicate a leak. Immediately close the main valve, open windows for ventilation, and check the connections again.

Step 6: Once everything is secure and leak-free, your stove is ready to use. Observe the flame when lighting it. A properly functioning stove should show a bright red glow on the surface for 3–5 seconds. If the color appears dull or fades quickly, slightly increase the pressure of the gas cylinder to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
