Embryos that are about to be hatched occupy embryonic eggs; embryos that are stunted have enlarged air chambers, are flush, blood vessels are visible, and the tip of the egg is bright; dead embryonic egg chambers have little or no curvature at the edge of the air chamber, and the tip of the egg is made Bright, dark inside the egg, muddy, touch without warmth. When a large-scale modern hatchery is hatched at a large scale, the fertilization rate of the egg is high, and the performance of the hatchery is better. Therefore, egg inspection is generally not required, which can save manpower and time. If the fertility rate is less than 85% at the time of spot check, eggs are still kept to ensure hatchability and chick quality.
