Feeding salmon with enzyme protein works well

The 15% enzyme protein was added to the experimental fish diet. Compared with the control group, 10% fish meal and 5% rapeseed meal, the changes in weight gain, survival rate, and relative growth rate were basically the same (P>0.05). Experiments show that replacing most imported fishmeal with enzyme protein in fish material is safe and feasible, and the effect is significant. Feed supplemented with citric acid has a good effect on prawn cultivation. Experts from Russia’s aquatic experts have found that adding citric acid to prawn is effective without changing the basis formula of shrimp. Adding a 2000 ppm dose of citric acid to shrimp bait can increase shrimp growth by at least 20%, which can greatly reduce the feed coefficient and cost.
Experts believe that citric acid, as an additive to shrimp feed, can replace part of the protein as a nutrient source and increase the nutrients contained in the diet. On the other hand, free citric acid can be absorbed without being decomposed and participate in the body. Metabolic activity, that is, participation in the three-carboxyl cycle, correspondingly reduces the consumption of protein in the shrimp, so that the growth rate of the shrimp can be accelerated.
