How to cultivate ganoderma lucidum in short section wood clinker

Short-stemmed wood clinker cultivation is a new technology for Ganoderma lucidum cultivation which has developed rapidly in recent years. The average dry weight per cu m of wood is over 20 kilograms, and the high yield can reach 30 kilograms or more, which is 20% more than conventional cultivation method. The texture of Ganoderma lucidum is strong and glossy, and the acid content of bag material is high. More than 90% of products meet the export requirements.

First, the cultivation season

Ganoderma lucidum is a medium-high temperature type fungus, and its yield is related to the species, cultivation time, and cultivation techniques of segment wood. The time of inoculation can be arranged from late October to December, or from early February to early March. Budding can receive 2-3 batches of fruit bodies. Inoculated before the mid-December period, in the second year of March, the trees can be planted in the second year. The output of the year accounts for more than 70% of the total output. In the first month of February, the quarantine was buried in April and the total output was 55%.

Second, raw materials

1 Broad-leaved tree species are suitable for the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum, but hard-leaved hardwood trees have high yields and good quality. Such as: rice bran, eucalyptus, eucalyptus, etc., if the use of relatively loose material cultivation, the output decreased significantly in the second year. The trees with diameters between 8-20 cm were used. The cutting time was scheduled to be 3-5 weeks before inoculation, and the cuts and shavings were carried out about 1 week before inoculation. The water content was suitable for 38%-45%.

2Cultivated materials are mixed wood chips as the main raw material, and appropriate amount of auxiliary materials such as wheat bran and gypsum powder are added; plastic bags are made of low-pressure polyethylene material with a thickness of 0.45-0.6 meters, and the bag mouth diameter is 14, 15 and 20 cm. The bag is 45-55 cm long.

Third, the production process

Preparation of Raw Materials (Logging, Cutting Section) - Bagging - Zhakou - Sterilization - Inoculation - Mycelium Culture - Going to Bed Covering - Exporting Zhizhi Management - Ganoderma Lucidum Harvesting

(1) Bagging The logs were cut into 30-cm long sections of wood, bagged, sectioned with wooden bottoms, and placed on the surface with swarf-cultivating materials. The punctures were sterilized by atmospheric pressure and maintained at 100-E for 12-14 hours.

(2) Inoculation The bagged section wood after sterilization is moved into the inoculation room (or inoculation box) for cooling, strictly inoculated according to aseptic operations, and the general amount of the wood used for each cubic meter of wood is 90-130 bottles, and the inoculation amount can be accelerated. Mycelium colonization reduces pollution.

(3) The hyphae culture room is disinfected before being put into the section wood bags, and the inoculated section wood bags are piled in a “well” shape, and the indoor temperature is shaded at 20-25° C., and the cultivation room is noon every day after 1 week. Ventilation 1 times, with the extension of germination time and gradually increase ventilation. After about 60-70 days or more, the mycelium matured, and the soil was cultured in the ground.

(4) Going to bed, choose a shed that is sunny on the leeward, well-ventilated, and easily drained. Build sheds before removing bacteria into the shed. Eliminate weeds, insects, etc. After sun exposure for several days, make a squat, 100-120 cm wide. 20 cm deep, leaving a walkway, trampoline disinfestation, ant medicine, choose the temperature of 16 °C -22 °C sunny bagging buried wood.

(5) After Zhi Zhi manages the bacteria to bury the soil, the gong bed surface is always moist, the temperature of the shed is controlled at 26-30°C, and the buds are unearthed within 15-20 days. Maintaining relative humidity at 85%-90%, when the ventilation, temperature, humidity, and light conditions are all suitable, the cap is differentiated. Therefore, the focus of the management of Shiba is the adjustment of the three elements of moisture, ventilation, and temperature.

(6) Harvest When the yellow-white growth circle disappears on the edge of the cap, the color of the cap increases, the cap gradually thickens, and a large number of red-brown spores can be released, and the water spray is stopped before harvesting.

Point-of-care (POC) or with-patient testing allows physicians and medical staff to accurately achieve real-time, lab-quality diagnostic results within minutes rather than hours. Through the use of portable blood analyzers, testing at the [point of care" streamlines the diagnostic process and helps ensure patients receive the most effective and efficient care when and where it is needed.
POC testing enables staff to make rapid triage and treatment decisions when diagnosing a patient`s condition or monitoring a treatment response. By simplifying the testing process, clinicians can focus on what matters most-providing effective, quality patient care.
With-patient testing offers benefits that extend beyond the bedside. It allows users to improve efficiencies and productivity; simplify processes and procedures; comply with regulatory and performance mandates; and reduce staff burden by bringing the focus back where it belongs: on the patient.
