How to prevent wind in the spring greenhouse

With the arrival of spring, the increase of windy weather has caused many greenhouse straw curtains to be blown over by the wind, or floating membranes have been blown away by the wind. How can farmers reduce these conditions?

First, press the floating membrane according to the wind direction. The fifth-grade north wind does not turn the straw curtain, but the fourth-level west wind or east wind can blow the straw curtain. Westerly winds. When the shed is put in the evening, if the wind is blowing on the westerly wind or the westerly wind, for the floating film fixed on the back slope of the shed, the vegetable grower can simply press the west side of the float film so that the wind will not blow into the bottom of the float film, and It is also possible to press out the air formed in the air bag when the floating film is placed, so that the floating film is tightly adhered to the grass curtain, so as to prevent the strong wind from blowing up the floating film and blowing the grass curtain; when the blowing is against the east wind or east wind, the opposite pressure is taken. In the membrane mode, the north side is pressed even if there is no fixed floating membrane.

Second, the grass canopies in the greenhouse can be pulled early and late. In the middle of the day, it mostly winds up in the morning and gradually increases, but the wind gradually decreases in the afternoon, so the vegetable growers can pull the shed in advance. The lowest outdoor temperature in the morning is generally not lower than 0°C, and the duration is very short. After the sun comes out, the temperature rises quickly. After the greenhouse is pulled, the temperature in the shed does not decrease significantly. Therefore, the vegetable grower can advance the shed time to 7:00 in the morning. (After the weather is warmer, the sunshine hours will be extended, and the shed time should be gradually advanced.) At this time, the general wind power will be smaller and the straw curtain will not be blown over. By the afternoon, the wind gradually decreased, and farmers could postpone the time until after 5 o'clock. For old straw curtains used for many years, in order to prevent high winds from blowing the straw curtains, many vegetable farmers can put them together to shorten the shelf time and reduce the chance that the straw curtain will be blown by the wind.

Once again, the floating membrane is properly placed after being rolled up. For artificially pulled straw sheds, the straw curtain will press the floating membrane of the greenhouse without worrying that the floating membrane is blown away by the wind. For sheds using roller shutters, vegetable farmers mostly wind the grass curtains to the north side of the outlets by 0.5-1 meters and stop them. The straw curtains cannot hold down the floating membranes. If the vegetable growers directly roll the floating membranes onto the back slopes, It is easy to be blown by the south wind. When the vegetable grower rolls up the floating membrane 1-1.5 meters away from the fixed part, the folded floating membrane is rolled to the northernmost side of the floating membrane, and the unrolled 1-1.5 meters floating membrane is folded. Covering the upper part of the floating membrane, it prevents the south wind from blowing the floating membrane even without brick pressing.
