Microfluidic flow control system
MFCS (Micro Flow Control System) is a good choice for liquid control at the nanoliter or microliter level. This system eliminates the hysteresis, long balance time of standard syringe and peristaltic pumps in a small volume range. The problem of pulse modulation. Create your own MFCS:
1. The first step: determine the pressure range required for the experiment.
2. Step 2: Determine the number of channels required. The pressure range and number of channels will determine which custom platform (low pressure, high pressure or negative pressure) is required.
Note: After determining the number of channels and the pressure of each channel, the system can be upgraded at any time to add new channels or pressure ranges.
3. Step 3: Select a fluid connection device. There are three accessories to choose from: FLFLOWELL, FL-FLUIWELL and FL-ELECTROWELL.

Fluid connection device
Once you have selected your system configuration, you can choose one of the fluid connections listed below.
● FL-FLOWELL – The Flowell system consists of three flow meters, four reservoirs that can be pressurized and connected to a computer. The Flowell system has three flow meters with pressure capability to monitor the flow of liquid in the channel. An accurate sensor with amplification capability is coupled to the analog to digital converter and the signal processor on the CMOS chip. The reservoir can be connected directly to the chip or externally. Using a modified pneumatic device, the Wheatstone bridge can establish a pressure double gauge to control the pressure. By optimizing the system, you can accurately measure liquid flow or control fast-changing flows.

● 25- System pressure range. This model is 0-25mbar
● V- If the model end is V (eg FL-MF2C-25V), it is a vacuum (vacuum) system.
● H- If the model ends with H (eg FL-MF2C-7H), it is a high voltage system. This example is 0–7 bar.
