2. **Melon Powdery Mildew:**
At the first signs of infection, use 50% triadimefon suspension at 3000 times, 99% mineral oil EC (Lycin) at 150 times, 40% fexofenadine emulsion at 6000 times, or 10% shigao water-soluble granules at 1500 times. Repeat applications every 7–10 days for 2–3 times.
3. **Melon Downy Mildew:**
Apply 80% mancozeb WP at 2000 times, 72% copper oxychloride WP at 1000 times, 70% mancozeb suspension at 800 times, or 72.2% propamocarb 600 times. Treatments should be applied every 7–10 days for a total of 3–4 times.
4. **Tomato Leaf Mold:**

5. **Diamondback Moth:**
During egg hatching periods, spray with 5% spinosad powder at 1500 times. For larvae control, apply when there are 1–2 larvae per plant before they reach the second instar. Use products like 500 times of Suterine (vegetable-specific), 0.3% azadirachtin at 500 times, 2.5% emulsifiable concentrate at 2000 times, 0.6% diflubenzuron at 1000 times, or 5% Ruijin special suspension at 2500 times. Repeat every 7–10 days for 2–3 times.
6. **Liriomyza sativae (Leafminer):**
To control adults, apply 5% spinosad EC at 2000 times during the early emergence phase, preferably in sunny and dry weather between 10 am and 2 pm. For larval control, target second-instar larvae using 50% thiamethoxam WP at 2000 times or 75% imidacloprid WP at 5000 times. Repeat every 5–7 days for 2–3 times.

Notice:

2. Dissolve Proteinase K (20mg/ml): Add Proteinase Dissolve Buffer to dissolve Proteinase K to a final concentration of 20mg/ml.
