Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus live vaccine

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus live vaccine (CH-1R strain)

1, high security

Vaccine attenuated strains, virulence is not strong, safe and stable

Can be used for universal free

Safety test:

The safety of the PRRSCH-1R strain used for the vaccine was tested in two ways:

First: Toxicity return test: Selecting heavy-nose sows with 85-93 gestational ages that are most sensitive to the blue-ear virus test can be difficult to detect in serum and nasal swabs after 3 to 4 passages. Virus nucleic acid, the sow had no clinical signs of reproductive failure, indicating that the hereditary traits of the PRRSCH-1R strain were stable.

Second: The safety of different immunization doses of the vaccine was tested. Repeated immunization with a single dose and 10 doses of high dose immunization were performed. The immunization results of pregnant sows and weaned piglets were observed. The clinical symptoms of each batch of vaccine immunized piglets The litter size of the sows was normal. Prove that the vaccine is safe for pigs.

2, super immune effectiveness

The vaccine strain is a domestically isolated American strain. Compared with the 2006 "unnamed fever syndrome", the homology of the Lanner disease isolate was more than 98%.

Start protection faster and generate effective protection. One week of immunization produced antibodies that produced protection for 2 weeks and could be used for emergency immunization.

Vaccine titer above 105.0 TCID50/header.

The immunization period can be up to 4 months.

Immunoprotection test:

Detection of serum antibodies after immunization: immunization of 28 to 35 days old piglets, 7 days after immunization will be able to detect IFA antibodies PRRSV, 2 weeks after immunization, 80% of the pigs can get protection.

The minimum immunization dose and dose used: The vaccine dose of 104.0 TCID50/head dose can completely protect the piglets and sows against the attack of virulent virus. To ensure the effectiveness of the vaccine, we set the dose of the vaccine to 105.0. TCID50/header, and actually our factory standard is set at 106.0TCID50/header, which is equivalent to 100 times the minimum immunization dose.

Duration of immunization: Through the use of more than 3 batches of vaccine, 28 to 35 days old piglets and pregnant sows were immunized once. After 5 months of immunization, the virulent challenge was performed, and the protection rate was 100%. For security reasons, we set the period of immune protection to 4 months.

3, low immune stress

There was no increase in body temperature, feed intake, and weight gain in immunized healthy pigs.

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome inactivated vaccine (Ch-1a strain)

Good safety

Since the nature of the inactivated vaccine for reproductive and respiratory syndrome determines the seedlings have good safety, the vaccine uses a domestic isolated strain (CH-1a strain), which was passaged through the Marc-145 cell line, After cloning and purification, PRRSV strains growing on Marc-145 cells were screened. The cell culture fluids of the strains were inactivated by chemical reagents and then conjugated with medical oil adjuvants to prepare inactivated vaccines for reproductive and respiratory syndrome. The vaccine was given twice as much to the pregnant sow and the piglets. In addition to the local normal response of individual pigs, there was no systemic reaction in the vaccinated pigs, and the spirit and appetite were not affected. This proves that the vaccine has good safety. As the vaccine is dead, it is possible to abandon the risk that the attenuated vaccine is easy to detoxify, making it possible to apply it to breeding pigs.

Immunity has a strong effect

Due to the selection of a domestic isolated strain (CH-1a strain), it is immune-protective and has a long duration of immunity. Tests have shown that pigs can produce strong immunity after the second immunization of the seedlings for 20 days. More than 80% of immunized pigs are resistant to virulent attacks. And its immunization period can be as long as 6 months, so this vaccine is the preferred vaccine for PRRS negative and PRRS negative field.

Provides good passive immunity for newborn piglets

Sows immunized with inactivated reproductive and respiratory syndrome vaccines can provide neonatal piglets with passive immunity through colostrum and protect piglets from PRRSV during lactation. Tests have shown that maternal antibodies can still be detected in piglets from 24 to 28 days of age in immunized sows.

The shelf life of the vaccine

The inactivated Breeding and Respiratory Syndrome vaccine was stored at 2-8°C, and physical traits were sampled periodically. Immunized against PRRS-negative pigs older than 4 weeks. Four weeks after immunization, the immunized pigs were challenged with a virulent PRRS poison. As a result, the physical traits of the inactivated reproductive and respiratory syndrome vaccines stored at 2-8°C for 4, 8, and 12 months did not change significantly, and more than 90% of the immune protection was obtained after the pigs were immunized with the vaccine at different times.

Most Tattoo Needles are made of some grade of stainless steel. Surgical stainless steel

is very common in tattooing needles. There are four main types of needle groupings. Some have one

specific use and others can vary depending on how the artist is using it. Tattoo Needles that we carry

are pre-sterilized in individual blister packs. We carry tattoo Round Liner Needles (tight), tattoo round

shader needles (loose), and tattoo curved magnum needles. Our professional tattoo needles are used

by professional tattoo artists around the world and are highly recommended. Below is a general

explanation of the needle categories and how you can use different types of needles.
