Frozen vegetables are sometimes healthier

If it is just fresh vegetables picked from the vegetable fields, it is indeed healthier than frozen vegetables. In fact, most of the vegetables that are generally eaten are not as fresh. They are usually stored on the road or in the vegetable wholesale market for a period of time. The vitamins are also gradually lost during storage. In contrast, ultra-low-temperature fast-frozen vegetables can retain more vitamins, because vegetables frozen quickly after picking can prevent vitamin loss.
