The purified gas is transported via pipes to a burner, which delivers efficient and clean combustion. Unlike traditional gas stoves, which often suffer from incomplete combustion and significant heat loss, the infrared straw gasifier minimizes both "chemical" and "physical" heat losses. The gasifier operates without any chemical additives, directly converting organic materials like straw, rice husks, sawdust, and corn cobs into clean energy. This means no residue on the bottom of pots, no unpleasant odors, and a much cleaner kitchen environment.
Another advantage is the wide range of raw materials it can handle. Whether it's agricultural waste, wood chips, or even a mix of coal and biomass, the gasifier can process them all. This flexibility makes it an ideal solution for rural communities looking to utilize locally available resources.
The system is also very user-friendly. You can feed 2 kg of material at once, and it will burn for about 3 hours. If you close the fire, it can remain dormant for up to 72 hours. Ash is emitted only every 5–7 days, making maintenance simple and convenient. For continuous use, just add fuel as needed, and it can run for over 10 hours. Thanks to infrared technology, the furnace reaches temperatures of nearly 1000°C, allowing for faster and more efficient heating.
