Early autumn oyster mushroom management

Since the beginning of September, it has begun to produce mushrooms. By October, it has completed more than 2 tidal mushrooms. Individual 3 tidal mushrooms are under management. Even if the mushrooms are in the middle and late, at least 1 tidal wave is listed. In October, tidal surge management should be entered. . The management focus at this stage should emphasize a “water” character: conventionally cultivated, the mushroom bag after the mushrooming has serious water loss, and it should be replenished with soaking or injection to obtain higher yield. If the outbreak's biological efficiency exceeds 100%, the bacteria bag may be cleaned up, and the next batch of bacteria bags may be transferred into the mushroom management in time. The bacterial bags sown in September should be controlled as far as possible to enable further hyphae maturation, to maximize the accumulation of nutrients, and to lay a solid material foundation for high-yield mushrooms.
