Keeping in mind the five main points of winter fish farming

“When entering the winter, the temperature of the water gradually declines, and most fishes begin to stop eating. The safety management of winter fish farming is very important and cannot be ignored, and the 'five musts' must be achieved.” Recently, three groups in Yuming Village, Mengxi Township, Yilong County At the fish breeding base winter fish breeding technical training meeting, the county aquaculture station chief and senior agronomist Hu Zhaojun explained to the villagers the safety management techniques of winter fish farming, and put forward five major management points: First, the fish pond conditions should be suitable The overwintering pool must be selected as a place sheltering from the sun, stable water source, and good water quality. After the old cement pool is washed with clean water before use, 20 grams of bleaching powder is used for disinfection per cubic meter of water. Xinchi can control the depth of the fish ponds to more than 2 meters, and use about 75 kilograms of quick lime per acre to dip into the whole pond for disinfection. Second, fish stocking should be reasonable Before stocking fish into the pond, the fish should be strictly inspected for their health, and all kinds of illnesses or inconsequential minor diseases should be completely cured. At the same time, pay attention to reasonable stocking. When the water temperature drops to around 16°C, stocking broodstock and fish should be selected for stocking. The amount of stocking should be adjusted according to the overwintering conditions and fish conditions. Under microfluidic conditions, stocking capacity can be appropriate. increase. Before stocking, use 3%-5% salt water bathing fish to disinfect. Third, feeding and fertilizer should be appropriate If the weather is fine, some high-quality concentrate feeds should be fed properly to reduce the "fall out" caused by fish overwintering. The later the fish's stop time, the better. In the late autumn and early winter, the fish can still feed. They should continue to feed compound feeds and other concentrates, supplemented by green feed such as green vegetables. Feeding should be based on the weather, water temperature and fish activities, feeding conditions, timely and appropriate feeding, both to ensure that fish eat, but also take into account the breeding environment from pollution and cost savings, generally every 1 to 2 days feeding Once, the feeding amount should be 1% to 1.5%. The feeding time should be higher when the water temperature is getting higher and the dissolved oxygen is sufficient. Pay attention to a small number of times. When the water temperature is lower than 8°C, or when it is rainy or snowy, do not vote; at the same time, the water needs With moderate fertilization, the pool water is kept at a moderate rate. Fourth, water control should be timely The first is to strengthen water management. After the pond is frozen, it can be used to sprinkle multi-purpose pond improver to the pond several days after the food is stopped. The second is to regularly regulate water quality. If the water quality is found to be discolored, turbid, darkened, and has rancid odor, it indicates that the water quality has deteriorated, and it is necessary to replace the new water in a timely manner and increase oxygen properly. For instance, when the fish pond is found to contain ice, the activity of the fish cluster is found at the ice eye, and it is necessary to timely break the ice and add new water or other methods to increase oxygen. The third is to pay close attention to changes in water temperature. During the winter, the water temperature should be maintained at 16 °C to 20 °C. If the water temperature exceeds 20 °C, the fish will inevitably feed and eat, the activities will increase, and the water quality will be deteriorating. At this time, the water temperature should be reduced by means of timely flushing. If the water temperature is too low, measures should be taken to raise the temperature to keep the water temperature relatively stable. Fifth, aquaculture management should follow up Diseases during the wintering period should be mainly prevention and control. The aquaculture water body is sterilized on a regular basis to cut off the horizontal transmission of pathogens, and baits can also be fed regularly. Before wintering, the nets should be carefully handled carefully so as not to injure the fish. After the onset of fish, professional technicians should be asked to make a correct diagnosis. After the winter pond is frozen, it is necessary to make some ice eyes around it to increase the dissolved oxygen in the pool water and improve the conditions for the winter. At the same time, it is necessary to clean the snow in time after heavy snowfall. Move the aerator into the vicinity of the material table before freezing and start the engine for half an hour every day. Left and right to ensure that no ice near the aerator, to achieve ventilation and improve the effect of dissolved oxygen in the water. In addition, overwintering fish ponds should be kept quiet to prevent frequent activities of people and vehicles in the ponds or pools of livestock, so as to avoid causing fish diseases.
